Take the kids to the annual Children’s Holiday Party at the Museum of the City of New York. It’s a festive afternoon of activities and entertainment, and the little ones just might leave with a decoration they make at the party to take home. The Children’s Holiday Party is Monday, December 14, 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Yes, Monday. The museum is normally closed on Mondays, except during the holidays, so take advantage of the extra visiting day.
The Museum of the City of New York is at Fifth Avenue at 104th Street, and children 12 and under are free. The rest of us pay $10, or $6 for students and seniors.
